Ingredients

  • Maize Flour 1bowl


  • Jaggery powder 1cup


  • Clarified butter 2tbsp


  • Chop almonds 1/2cup


  • Cardamom powder 1/2tsp


  • Salt 1/4tsp


  • Lukewarm water 1cup


  • Oil 2tsp

Directions

  • Take a bowl add flour and salt mix add water mix and make a soft dough rest for 5 minute.
  • Take a pan then pan hot then take a dough ball and make a roti and cook for both sides apply oil and fried.
  • Take a grinder jar add roti pcs ,jaggery then grind for coarsely add clarified butter and almond mix and bind for a ladoo shape.
  • Serve maize flour healthy ladoo.
